We only stock Cameras to suit CCIR / PAL TV System which are used in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and several other countries. United States of America, Japan and some other countries use EIA / NTSC TV System and we stock a limited supply of these. In most cases these products are sent directly to our customers directly from one of our manufacturers locations, with no delays in freight times. The cameras we stock would only be compatible when used with a Multi-Standard (CCIR / PAL) TV, VCR, Monitor, etc, in these areas.
 

All prices on our web site are inclusive of GST. All GST charges are absorbed by this companies profits and are not subtracted from the figures for international orders.

TRONVIEW SYSTEMS sells some items that may be illegal to use in your area, e.g. telephone conversation recordings are illegal on Telstra lines, and many other networks. Refunds and Cancellations

All products sold by TRONVIEW SYSTEMS are approved for sale in Australia and are complete with International and Australian standards test reports held by us. We test all equipment before it leaves our store and supply application/instruction notes with the goods. Therefore we do not give refunds .Please choose your equipment carefully. Proof of purchase must be provided before returning goods for warranty. AU$45.00 per item will charged for NO FAULT FOUND on warranty goods. We are importers of spy and surveillance equipment, therefore we only accept the return of goods on the basis of faults then we will repair/replace. The buyer accepts liability for all freight costs incurred in the return of warranty (repair/replace) goods without exception. Please do not return products to us without contacting us first. We only accept cancellations on equipment that has not yet been put into freight or not yet put on order from our suppliers. Please refer to this link for answers to any questions on warranty and refund requests that we abide by according to Australian law.

Warranty:

TRONVIEW SYSTEMS will honor our warranty for the agreed period providing the primary requirement of general care has been maintained, do not return goods that have been neglected as warranty exchange will not take place. Most of our equipment have 6 months up to 12 months depending on the product.

TRONVIEW SYSTEMS reserves the right to waive or amend specific warranty on individual products.
