Our dispatch department process orders received up till 12.00 midday Unless telephone arrangements have been made, orders received in the afternoon, may not be processed by the dispatch department till the next working day.
We use a variety of couriers and we pick the best suited courier company for your delivery post code. The 'overnight delivery' system may not necessarily arrive the next day if you are out of the overnight express area codes, therefore express post may take two days in this case. Signature is required at delivery address.
Some equipment orders may require extra P/H fees due to their size, weight etc. We will provide a high level of effort to dispatch your equipment on time. Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer once the goods have been passed to the carrier. Insurance liability is therefore that of the buyer. Customers can call or email request for tracking number after 4.00pm, these can be tracked via internet URL or telephoning 131213. We accept no responsibility for late arrivals or loss of parcels.

Refunds and Cancellations
All products sold by TRONVIEW SYSTEMS are approved for sale in Australia and are complete with International and Australian standards test reports held by us. We test all equipment before it leaves our store and supply application/instruction notes with the goods. Therefore we do not give refunds .Please choose your equipment carefully. Proof of purchase must be provided before returning goods for warranty. $45.00 per item will charged for NO FAULT FOUND on warranty goods. We are importers of spy and surveillance equipment, therefore we only accept the return of goods on the basis of faults then we will repair/replace. The buyer accepts liability for all freight costs incurred in the return of warranty (repair/replace) goods without exception. Please do not return products to us without contacting us first. We only accept cancellations on equipment that has not yet been put into freight or not yet put on order from our suppliers. TRONVIEW SYSTEMS will honor our warranty for the agreed period providing the primary requirement of general care has been maintained, do not return goods that have been neglected as warranty exchange will not take place. All transmitting devices, receiving devices, camera modules, give away's and software equipment do not offer a warranty. Most of our equipment have 6 months to 2 years depending on the product. TRONVIEW SYSTEMS reserves the right to waive or amend specific warranty on individual products.
